Is there a minimum commitment? ▼
Yes — 3 months minimum. After that you can cancel anytime with no penalty.
What if stock runs out before I order? ▼
You automatically go to the top of next month's priority queue. Miss out this month, you're first in line next time. No exceptions.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged? ▼
Every order ships fully tracked. In the rare event of a lost or damaged parcel we raise a Royal Mail claim on your behalf and resend or refund once processed. Typically 5-10 working days.
Can I return or get a refund? ▼
All products are sealed collectibles. We cannot accept returns on opened items under any circumstances. Subscription fees are non-refundable within the 3 month minimum period.
